Services, Structured & Nail Art
We specialize in structured gel manicures, gel extensions, and detailed nail art, with a focus on natural nail health and long-term strength.
A structured gel manicure is a strengthening overlay designed to reinforce the natural nail while maintaining a clean, lightweight finish. It is our signature service and the foundation of our approach to long-term nail health.
Yes — we encourage it. This helps us understand your vision and tailor the design to your nail shape and length.
Nail art is priced by complexity. More detailed or custom designs require additional time and are priced accordingly.
Removals & Maintenance
Yes — we safely remove gel, acrylic, dip powder, and extensions from other salons using professional, non-damaging techniques.
Longevity is highly impacted by lifestyle, hand-usage, nail-growth, nail length and nail health.
Structured gel manicure: 2-5 weeks
Gel extensions: 2-4 weeks

Yes. We offer maintenance for gel extensions to rebalance structure and maintain shape.

Nail Health & Products
When applied and removed correctly, gel is not damaging. We use professional-grade gel systems designed to protect and support natural nail health.

Yes. Structured gel is ideal for strengthening weak, thin, or peeling nails over time.

No, we do not use UV lights. The LED nail lamps that we use are designed to cure nail gel and not cause damage to your skin.

Prep & Aftercare
Please arrive with clean nails and add removal to your booking if needed. Inspiration photos are always encouraged.
Apply cuticle oil daily, avoid harsh chemicals without gloves, and book regular maintenance appointments to preserve your results.
Cancelation policies & Fees
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
Cancelation Policy: Our policy requires guests to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a penalty.
- Within 24 hours: Guests who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% and an 20% gratuity on the full price of the service booked.
- CANCEL or CHANGES > 4 HOURS: WITHIN 4 HOURS: Cancellations or changes made within 4 hours of the scheduled appt. time will incur a charge of 75% of the total service cost plus a 25% gratuity fee.
- NO SHOW: If you are more than 15-mins. late and we do not hear from you within 15-mins. following your scheduled appt., you will be considered a “no-show” and charged 100% of the total service cost plus a 25% gratuity fee. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be put towards any future services.
No, we do not charge a different fee for using an Amex card. There is a flat 3.5% credit card processing fee
Medical
All tools are disinfected, medical-grade sterilized, or single-use. Workstations are cleaned thoroughly between each client to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Please notify us when booking so we can ensure your safety and adjust products or services if needed.
If you take or use anything that can cause skin sensitivity, tell us you’re on:
- acne medications / retinoids
- antibiotics
- water pills (diuretics)
- immune/psoriasis/arthritis meds (like methotrexate)
- eczema creams used on the hands
You do not need to share private medical details—just the category is enough for us to adjust safely.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your service accordingly.
Some medications can increase skin sensitivity. If you are using treatments such as acne medications or antibiotics, we recommend letting us know prior to your appointment.
Children
We love welcoming clients of all ages and aim to provide a safe, calm, and elevated experience for everyone. Please review our age guidelines below before booking
Under 8
Children under 8 are not able to receive nail services. They may accompany an adult to an appointment if space allows, but must be closely supervised at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of other clients.
Ages 8–13
Clients aged 8–13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.
We offer basic polish services only for this age group.
Please note:
- We do not perform cuticle work or any skin removal
- A consent form must be signed prior to the service
Ages 14–16
Clients aged 14–16 may book services independently; however, written parental or guardian consent is required in advance for all treatments.
Ages 16+
There are no service restrictions for clients aged 16 and over.
A Note on Safety
Our studio environment includes professional tools and equipment, and can become busy at times. If we feel a child’s safety may be at risk, or if the environment becomes disruptive, we may need to pause or discontinue the service.
Cancellations
If an appointment cannot proceed due to these policies not being met, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Gift Cards
Yes — gift cards are available and can be used toward services. You can purchase them on the booking page here
Nope! You can purchase it online and send it directly to the special person, or schedule it to be sent for a later date
Yes, unless otherwise specified a gift card can be used for any salon service
